next i will get The Drummer to play along to these
they are imperfect demos meant only to be accurate in terms of structure and timing
which they basically are.
after i record drums, these will be re-recorded to the drums

I finished making drum machine beats for all the songs.
I have trouble playing to a click track because I’m a dick.
So I just make little drum beats.
Next I will demo all my songs.
I’ll share all the demos so you can get a rough idea what my album will sound like.
Then I will bring in the Drummer.
Whoever that will be.
Then more tracking.
Then mixing.

it’s one of my favorite albums and this is one of the first songs i ever learned on guitar

i’m going to record it on a cheap detuned chord organ
the song is originally on pianothe chord organ does not have a full range of bass notes so i had to transcribe the song
i’m not an expert but i eventually found a key that works and wrote out the new chords on a scrap of paper
